Explanation: This is more woodsy or whatever than I meant it to be. The brown stuff in the corner is technically the Firestarters' main office, except it has..no..doors. Ehe. It also continues offscreen. The individual in the pink dress is meant to be Pippin. The guy facing right with blue hair is supposed to be Gen; The Shadow is the character in the..stone..area.. with blue hair, and The Ripper is in the giant random grassy area. The crosses are, I guess, altars or something to the Fatis Mirajin. The angels probably are either Super Secret Special Hiding Places or also altars. I don't think there's any symbolism in the fact that there are food bins in the shape of a cross by the office area. Pretend that the swords are neatly stacked up somewhere. And that the treasure chests hold something important and cool. Thank you for your patience. --Athena

The Shadow
The Shadow plodded down the road, the Headquarters of the Firestarters finally coming into sight as he turns the last bend in the road. Most men like the Shadow might say that the sound of their footsteps was their only companion, but the Shadow was utterly silent as he walked, the only noises being the ones of nature that he had long ago learned to ignore.
He did not look at all normal. The Shadow was dressed in lusterless black clothes which seemed to suck in the light around him. Perfect for nighttime movement, his favorite kind of movement, the ninja attire was conspicuous in broad daylight. The Shadow had never cared before and didn't start now.
Strapped to his back, Silence's hilt poked out from over the Shadow's right shoulder. A featureless black helm was clamped tight over his face. Adding to his appearance as someone not to be trifled with, his left hand was a clockwork replacement (So were his legs and arm, but that couldn't be seen just by looking at him with an untrained eye). But there was more than all of that. Something about the Shadow simply oozed menace.
The Shadow arrived at the gates. He removed his helmet for the guards to see his face, and the gates swung open for him with almost unseemly haste. One time the guards hadn't let him in. That had been...unpleasant for all involved.
He replaces his helm, but tilts the visor up so that his whole face may be seen. He grabs an apple from a food box as he makes his way to the main office. A low level Bureaucrat takes his appointment and waves him in to see a higher ranking official, who is sitting behind a large oak desk.
"Ah, Shadow. Did you achieve your mission?"
The Shadow says nothing. Reaching into his satchel, he withdraws a severed head, placing it on the desk in such a way so as to ensure the blood doesn't spill everywhere.
The official looks slightly sick.
"A yes or no would have done it. Thank you, however. We don't have a new mission for you yet, so take your leisure. We'll contact you when your services are required again."
The Shadow nods once, and leaves, crunching away at his apple. Just another day's work. Throwing the core onto a garbage pile, he goes to the mess hall and grabs a proper plate of food before finding his favorite corner to settle in and observe the hustle and bustle of the Firstarters Headquarters.

A messenger is announced by the doorman.
"I am Carius, messenger of the Silent Rose and friend of all the 4 nations. I come bearing ill news. The northern half of out territory has been.... disabled, and out robots there are heading west and south. This may not interfere with any of your territories, but we can't track all of them, so we suggest that you put your rangers on high alert."

A diplomat meets with Carius, politely thanking him for the warning before dismissing him. Carius is given supplies and a berth for as long as he wants, before being sent on his way.
The diplomat conveys the message to Lord Solar Johann Macragge, the highest leader in the Firestarter military. Macragge orders the leaders of the rangers, a notoriously independent group, to do as they will with the message. Within days, ranger patrols have been increased many times over.
