From now on, all profiles must be approved in order to be usable in roleplay.
It should be noted that a denial is not issued lightly. If a character profile is denied three times, then the character will not be permitted for use at all. Period. A new profile must be made.
To ensure that a denial is not issued unfairly, the staff must discuss and reach a unanimous decision before doing so. In order to approve a profile, two staff members must approve it.
This new policy is effective immediately.
